New Zealand Rugby Union

I was engaged by Homegrowen & the NZRU to create an engaging illustration, that highlights the various layers and pathways for female rugby players in NZ. When you start with a brief & a list of almost 50 must haves in 6 domains for a single illustration you know there's a few things to consider. Loved the challenge this brief presented, creating domains of competition, pathways of development & all the fun and passion they encompass, all in a friendly, engaging & relatable style. After developing the initial sketch & a style sample we set about refining the overall balance, highlighting the key areas and including all the little nuggets to be discovered & discussed.
